“To Appomattox” Transmedia!

Today, the “To Appomattox” website unveiled it’s new project: Transmedia! According to the website, the project is being headed by Mike Suarez, a video game and e-book designer, and Mark Long, CEO of Meteor Entertainment. The goal of To Appomattox Transmedia is to create three different projects: a mini-MMO video game, a mobile App with info on the series, and an e-book. More information on the project can be found here.

To me, this sounds like an awesome endeavor. In the digital age that we live in, this will help promote the series to the “wired generation.” We look forward to see what the developers have in store for us!

That’s awesome news! Can’t wait to see the app. Particularly living in Australia it’s great knowing I’ll be able to access info on the series via my phone.

Curious. Why – if i may be permitted to ask – would an Australian have any interest in the Civil War?…Unless you’re a transplanted American? I’m just interested!

Great news about the App, etc! Very ‘zeitgeist’.

      • Chase says:

There are plenty of international people who live around the world interested in the ACW.

It is important from both a military perspective, and it contain human drama that is fascinating.
